MFC Tournaments
MoMMA Fighting Championship (MFC) Tournaments are fictional tournaments where the MFC fighters compete against each other, based on the training and strategy set by the MoMMA managers (players).
Tournament Stages
MFC Tournaments consist of seasonal qualifiers, playoffs and the championship.
Qualifiers

About the game
By combining the "real world" combat event results with the fictional elements, we've created an engaging strategy game where you can use your knowledge and skills while having fun.

In Career Mode, you are a MoMMA fighter manager with a mission to scout talent, create or recruit your MFC fighters and build a strategy to take them to glory! Only the right manager knows how to train, gameplan and take a rookie and turn them into an elite champion. Do you have what it takes to be a Master of MMA?
How to get started?
To recruit your first fighter, you need a manager license.
1. Get Your Manager License

Gyms are a great way to train your MFC fighters and improve their skills.
See the list of gym offerings. Choose the fighter you want to train and then the gym that trains the skills you want to improve.
Half camp lasts 4 days, whereas a full camp lasts 7 days.

MFC Coaches are here to help you train your fighters! Just like in real life, train smarter and not longer.
By recruiting an MFC Coach, you can ensure that your MFC fighter gets the most out of his training sessions. Depending on the specific skill set of each coach, recruiting an MFC coach to train your MFC Fighters will get you boosted experience points (XP) out of the training sessions whenever you work on the specific attribute. Once you collect 130 base points, you will be able to unlock Team Captains!
Choosing the right Team Captain is important to boost your scores out of each pick'em tournament.
Each time your Team Captain wins a fight, your base scores (i.e. scores before the use of any PowerUps) in that fight will be doubled.

You've trained your MFC fighter hard and consistently, Great! Discipline is the key to successful! But MMA is very dangerous and physical sport and injuries can always happen. Over training significantly increase the chance of getting injured.
Health
Just like in real life, training for a prolonged period without much rest tires your MFC fighter. You can track the health status of your fighter through his HP points. The lower the HP bar is, the higher is the risk of injury for him.

Every week in the MoMMA Game, you will get to join a tournament and collect points.
There are two components of tournaments:
Pick'ems based on real world events: You can pick the fighters who you think will win at the weekly real world fight events and for each successful pick, you will collect points and move up in the leaderboard. Learn more about the scoring.

Now that you're a manager and have recruited your first MFC fighter, your fighter's career depends on you to lead them through the ranks from rookies to professional fighters. Have you got what it takes to lead your fighter to become a champion?

Rookie: we all have to start somewhere, right? You'll have a 2D headshot of your fighter at this level.

Challenge your friends to spar and test your fighters' skills in preparation of tournaments.
Sparring is a great way to train your fighter on a daily basis. Each day, for each specific fighter, you will be able to choose and challenge 2 fighters. The other fighters can also challenge you up to 2 additional times. The maximum of spar challenges you can take is 4 per day.

Coming Soon
Advisors are big shot fighters who either retired or continue in the MMA world wearing a different hat (journalist, coach, etc.).
Choosing an advisor for your team will boost some of the attributes of the fictional fighters on your team.
You get to choose only one team advisor, so make sure you use good strategy to maximize the boost.

At the end of each weekly tournament, you will be ranked based the points you've collected during the event. Check out the weekly leaderboard to see the Top 10 of Global and dedicated leagues.

In Beta program, you will receive your first fighter in the starter pack. You can see that very first member of your team on "My Team" page. To add more fighters, head to "Marketplace" on the left-hand menu, or click here. You will be redirected to fighters marketplace.

You've got your MFC fighter, now what?
Your amateur fighter starts his career as a in the rookie division with a white belt. As you may know, there is no belt ranking in MMA, due to different rankings of the underlying sports. However, in MoMMA Game, we want you to see your progress and frankly, we all strive for a black belt!
