Giveaway Terms and Conditions (in force)

This Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is organized by Masters of MMA Limited (“Promoter”), a company established in the British Virgin Islands. Prizes noted below are brought to you by Promoter, Blockasset.co (owned and operated by Block Asset Management Limited BVI) ("Blockasset.co") or a third party as stated in the Giveaway Announcement (as defined below). Before entering into the Giveaway, please read these General Terms and Conditions, Terms of Service and Privacy Notice which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference (together, this “Agreement”), BY ENTERING INTO THIS GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THE AGREEMENT.
If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to this Giveaway, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
To enter into this Giveaway, you must be at least 18 years old at the time of your entry. Employees of the Promoter are not eligible.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Giveaway.
This Giveaway is open to (i) mommagame.com users who rank in Top10 of Global, Blockasset and Strike Champs Weekly Leaderboard finalized following the pick'em tournament announced by the Promoter on the Site (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions) or on the Promoter's official social media accounts ("Giveaway Announcement"), (ii) any other mommagame.com user who holds a prize wheel ticket distributed by the Promoter; or (iii) anyone else specifically stated in the Giveaway Announcement; provided that they comply with the terms herein ("Qualifying Users").
Unless otherwise stated in the Giveaway Announcement, conditions of entry are as follows:
Rank Top10 either on the final Global, Blockasset or Strike Champs Weekly Leaderboard following the event stated in the Giveaway Announcement and
Users ranked Top10 will receive a ticket to join the draw for a standard giveaway item. Users ranked Top3 will receive an additional ticket to join the draw for a premium giveaway item.
Standard giveaway items include one or more of the following:
MFC Coaches, Standard MFC Fighters*, Training Credits**, Health Boosts and Silver KombatCoin ("SKC") (the in-game currency) and any other item that is displayed on the Prize Wheel at the time of the spin or stated in the Giveaway Announcement
Premium giveaway items include one or more of the following:
MFC Coaches, Limited edition MFC Fighters*, Training Credits**, Health Boosts and SKC and any other item that is displayed on the Prize Wheel at the time of the spin or stated in the Giveaway Announcement
*Currently, ownership of MFC fighters is limited to four fighters per user. If a Qualifying User already has four fighters and wins an additional MFC fighter, Qualifying User can choose to replace one of their existing fighters with a new fighter from the marketplace or opt for a full camp worth of training credits of their choice. To redeem their prizes, Qualifying User should contact us to tell us about their preferences.
*Training credits will provide Qualifying User with XP in the amount worth of a full camp. To redeem training credits, Qualifying Users should contact us to tell us which training camp their choose and the name of their fighter that should earn the credits.
The odds of prizes depend on the number of Qualifying Users spinning the Prize Wheel at any given time.
Giveaway items listed at Section 5 will be distributed among the Qualifying Users randomly and allocated to them. Qualifying Users will use their ticket to spin the corresponding Prize Wheel to reveal the giveaway item that is allocated to them.
Qualifying User has one (1) week following the issuance of the ticket for the Qualifying User or publication of the final Leaderboard, whichever comes later, to use the ticket. Following this time, they lose the right to claim the giveaway items allocated to them.
Delivery of some of the giveaway items may depend on additional conditions stated in the Giveaway Announcement, including the Qualifying Users providing a compatible digital wallet or address. These items will be delivered to the wallets the Qualifier Users connected with the Promoter's Site, if available. If the Qualifying User wishes to use another wallet or no wallet is connected to the Promoter's Site, Qualifying Users accept to promptly provide the required information upon request from the Promoter.
Digital assets designed, issued and provided by the Promoter will be minted to a compatible wallet following the official launch.
Giveaway items are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Giveaway item becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a Giveaway item of equal or higher value.
Any personal information you provide in the course of this Giveaway will be subject to the Agreement and to the Promoter’s Privacy Notice. You agree that the Promoter will use the contact details you provided as part of your entry to contact you in the event you are selected as one of the winners. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winner has been selected.
The Promoter reserves the right (i) to disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, who violates the Agreement or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Giveaway which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Giveaway and/or Promoter (this includes, but not limited, to entrants and households using multiple Twitter accounts) (ii) to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where you have caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the Giveaway and (iii) to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Giveaway in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond its control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the Giveaway.
The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the Giveaway or these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Giveaway item in question.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the Giveaway or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
